Return or Exchange Policy:

Rina Pro offers a return policy for its customers within 3 days of the purchase date, provided the product is unopened and unused. Exchanges are accepted within two years of the purchase date if the product has manufacturing defects.

- Product collection for maintenance and exchange is handled through shipping company representatives or their branches.

Return or Exchange Procedure:

- Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

- A shipping company representative will contact you to schedule a pickup time for the product, including all accessories, any gifts, and the original purchase invoice.

- If the shipping company representative fails to meet the agreed-upon pickup time, the product will be returned to the nearest branch of the shipping company.

- After the product is returned, it will be inspected by technicians in the company"s specialized technical department within 3 business days of receipt, and a technical report will be issued. After our technicians confirm that the product, all its accessories, and any accompanying gifts are unused and in their original condition, the product"s value will be transferred to your bank account within two business days.

You must provide your bank account number upon product return using any approved and verifiable method you prefer. The company is not responsible for any manual or incorrect bank account information provided.

Note:

* We do not accept returns of products that are scratched or damaged due to misuse.

* After the return period expires, the customer is entitled to free maintenance only during the two-year warranty period.

* After the warranty expires, the customer is responsible for all maintenance and shipping costs.

* To benefit from our return, exchange, and warranty services, you must present the original invoice or an approved electronic invoice.

* The company reserves the right to modify or add terms to this policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
